2019 Pemberville Free-Fair Quilt Show Challenge
Our 35th Anniversary!
To celebrate the Pemberville Free-Fair Quilt Show's 35th anniversary, this year's challenge will use a fabric to represent the traditional anniversary gift to celebrate the event: CORAL!
Coral is an organic material that is found in warm seas and
can take a long time to form...much like our quilts!
Use the fabric provided by Beth Sanders and Alpaca Flats, LLC, to make any kind of quilted item. Fabric is available at Beeker’s General Store during regular business hours. One piece of free fabric per person, please. If you need additional fabric, it may be purchased by contacting Beth Sanders.
You may use any pattern, piecing, and quilting techniques you desire to make your Coral quilt. Embroidery and embellishments are always a great addition; be creative in your display!
Ribbons will be awarded for Best of Class, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
