For those interested in obtaining a spot in the commercial tent during this year's fair, the forms you will need are below.

Join us Wednesday, August 14 through Saturday, August 17, 2024 as we celebrate the annual Pemberville Free Fair. This year’s theme is “Pemberville Free Fair… Buckets of Fun!” Commercial tent rental for the four days is $160.00 for checks and registration received before July 1. After July 1 the price increases to $170. As in past years, you will receive a $40.00 refund if you stay set up until 9:00 P.M. on Saturday. Size of space is 10’ x 10’. A limited number of half booths are available for $90 (with a $20 refund if you stay set up until 9:00 PM on Saturday).

Spaces are limited, and there is a policy of only one vendor from a single company. (We don’t allow two vendors to represent Mary Kay, Tupperware, Scentsy, Color Street etc.) Vendors from 2023 receive first priority until May 20. After that date, it is first come first serve. Your space will not be saved until we receive your payment, even if you turn in paperwork first. The deadline for registration is Wednesday, August 7 or when all spaces are filled, whichever comes first. After that date the final layout will be determined, and you will be notified via email of your exact location inside the tent. Most of the returning vendors will have the same location as 2023. If you cannot print the layout there will be several copies located inside each of the two tents. Also, we will write your abbreviated name in chalk on the ground at your location.

Setup begins at 8 AM on Wednesday August 14. The fair does not officially begin until 6:15PM with the opening ceremony followed by the Kiddie Parade at 6:30. Please avoid trying to set up your booth between 5 and 7 as the area is very congested.

These are the hours for the commercial tent;
Wednesday 6-9
Thursday 1-9
Friday 1-9
Saturday 9-9

The hours that you choose to man your booth are entirely up to you. After speaking with some of the vendors who come every year, there are certain times that tend to be busier than others. According to my sources those hours are Wednesday 6-9, Thursday 3-9, Friday 4-9, and Saturday 2-9.

Don’t forget that if your booth is still up at 9PM on Saturday you will get a partial refund of either $40 or $20 depending on the size of your booth. The checks are hand-delivered that evening.
